Booking Conditions:
Bookings may be requested:
- through the website, with the guided procedure available on the webpage of the chosen aparthotel,by means of the synthetic form;
- through the e-mail addresses given;
- by telephone or fax, at the numbers indicated for such purpose, at the established times and days.
The booking requests have to be posted via the relative booking form on the aparthotel webpage,
by selecting “Book this aparthotel “. Once forwarded, the booking requests will be confirmed by
Rome Capital Apartments after verifying the effective availability of the required period and an
email will be sent for informing the client.
Therefore, the booking will be formalised solely through the payment of a deposit of 10% plus 2%
Tax Fees of the full amount, to be paid contextually to the reception of Rome Capital Apartments
confirmation, by means of authorisation of credit card debit, through bank wire on the bank given,
or by other means to be agreed.
As soon as the payment (debit of the credit card or bank wire) will be made, Rome Capital
Apartments will immediately send the voucher (rental agreement) of the booking by e-mail or fax.
It may be specified in the terms of rental of some properties that those ones should require the
payment on account of different percentages; in case, this circumstance will be specified in the
booking conditions of the relative aparthotel accommodation.
Some aparthotels may require the full advanced payment of the booking. In this case, this modality
will be mentioned in the relative rental conditions of the unit.
The remaining balance will be paid:
- upon arrival to the staff of the company managing the booked aparthotel greeting you, either by
the means of credit card debit or cash modalities.
Cancellation Policy:
In the case of eventual requests for cancellation of bookings made, the deposit already paid will not be refunded. With regard to the outstanding balance, the partners of Rome Capital Apartments will handle the request for cancellation with different modalities that are stated in the rental conditions item of each aparthotel unit.
